Thalia Pacheco is a law clerk at Siegel & Dolan. Thalia has experience representing employees in a wide variety of employment matters.
Before joining Siegel & Dolan, Thalia interned at C-K Law Group: The Law Offices of Chicago-Kent in its Plaintiff’s Employment Law Clinic. Additionally, while in law school, Thalia worked for both Franczek Radelet and The Case Law Firm. She also clerked for Chicago Public Schools in its Labor and Employee Discipline Department. Thalia also volunteered at the Domestic Violence Clinic.
Thalia obtained her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and completed the Public Interest Certificate Program. At DePaul, Thalia was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Women, Gender & Law. Also, she was the Chair of the Annual Illinois Latino/a Law Forum for the DePaul Latino/a Law Student Association. In this position, Thalia began a LSAT preparation course scholarship for Latino/a students interested in pursuing the legal profession. Thalia is a strong advocate of diversity in the legal profession and enjoys mentoring others.
Thalia graduated from Northern Illinois University, with an undergraduate degree in English and a minor in Professional Communications. While in undergrad, Thalia participated in mock trial, and she began a mock trial team at Elgin Community College.
